Moss Agate is a beautiful, translucent Agate that features dendric branching, fern-like pattern in mossy green colours. Surrounding the patterns is a milky white and dark green background. 

Moss Agate forms from fragments of weathered Volcanic rock and silica-rich fluids filling cavities on these rocks. This process creates Chalcedony and the presence of iron or manganese causes the moss-like inclusions to form.
